Sportsfixtures shows fixtures, live scores, results and TV listings across hundreds of competitions, adjusted to each visitor’s time zone. I worked on the data layer for a short contract.

What I did
I pulled real-time match data from a third-party sports data API into the platform’s own database built on Strapi, modelled and managed it there, and served it to the frontend so scores and fixtures update live instead of being fetched from the provider on every page view.
It was a short engagement, focused on that pipeline: importing and normalising the data, keeping it current, and exposing it to the site.
